Job Overview:
This position is for a Technical Lead specializing in .Net technologies and the Azure platform. As a Technical Lead, you will have the opportunity to design and implement sophisticated solutions utilizing .NET and various Azure services.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and Architects to develop clear user stories for the development team.
- Engage in solution development and provide operational support as necessary.
What You Will Do:
- Act as a bridge between onsite and offshore teams.
- Participate actively in development while leading an offshore team.
- Work autonomously and deliver tasks within a two-week Agile sprint cycle.
- Establish end-to-end integrations with mobile and web applications, supporting downstream data consumers.
- Ensure optimal performance and functionality of applications through tuning and support.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to define, design, and launch new features for applications and websites.
- Analyze user stories and engage in sprint planning, scrums, demos, and retrospectives.
- Be accountable for the performance, quality, usability, and responsiveness of applications.
- Review and refine code to maintain quality, organization, and automation.
- Provide guidance and direction to developers across various locations.
- Conduct peer code reviews for immediate and related teams.
- Create application support documentation for acceptance of system changes into production.
- Develop and unit test production deployment packages and create implementation plans for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and application releases.
- Coordinate with the Architecture team on new designs and infrastructure modifications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and defects.
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues and document findings.
- Support, triage, and troubleshoot various environment issues as needed.
- Manage and update certificates and keys for infrastructure as required.
- Assist with weekly deployments/releases and maintenance activities.
- Provide on-call and after-hours support for production and maintenance releases.
- Lead high-visibility and high-priority support issues.
- Proactively identify potential issues before escalation.
- Plan and facilitate load testing of backend APIs.
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to learn new technologies to enhance the Cloud ecosystem.
- Over 10 years of development experience.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Expertise in .Net and C#, with significant experience in SQL and T-SQL.
- Familiarity with .NET, Azure, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Bus, and SQL.
- Experience in web development using ASP.Net for over 5 years.
- At least 3 years of experience mentoring junior developers.
- Experience in application architecture and design, particularly in enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of design principles and best practices, including Web Services and REST architecture.
- Experience with Azure deployments and services.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise code in C# and utilizing Object-Oriented techniques.
- Solid understanding of REST principles and API development.
- Strong SQL skills, including modeling and tuning.
- Familiarity with technologies such as .NET/.Net Core, ASP.NET, C#, HTML 5, Web API, MVC, Angular/React, and Nunit.
- Experience with software testing methods, including functional and performance testing.
- Proficient in using tools like Git or similar open-source tools.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices.
