Sales Manager PositionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team on a part-time basis, with the option to transition to full-time. This role requires a results-driven leader who can foster strong relationships, boost client retention, and drive revenue growth.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Promote a high-performing sales team by providing training, guidance, and motivation.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE A PERSONALIZED AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging campaigns that drive client engagement and service promotions.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
