Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field, coupled with three years of teaching experience, is required. Familiarity with state licensing and accreditation processes, along with PQAS Certification or a commitment to obtaining it, is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
