Your Role:
The CT/X-Ray Imaging Specialist is responsible for performing technical duties associated with the CT scanner and Diagnostic Imaging. This includes developing, initiating, and overseeing procedures to ensure optimal use of imaging technology.

Customer Service Focus:
In this role, you will engage in exceptional customer service and maintain respectful relationships with all stakeholders, embodying the principles of AdventHealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily quality assurance checks on imaging equipment.
  • Prepare and adjust equipment according to protocols and procedural requirements.
  • Evaluate patient conditions to determine appropriate handling and special needs.
  • Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for examinations.
  • Administer necessary contrast agents to enhance imaging results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostic outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification.
  • Registered Computed Tomography Technician certification.
  • Certified Radiographer credential.
