Guidewell Emergency Doctors is seeking a highly skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our team of medical professionals. As a CT/X-Ray Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Imaging Services: Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including the maintenance of patient logs and RIS forms, to ensure accurate and reliable imaging results.
- Equipment Maintenance: Sterilize reusable equipment using an autoclave and ensure that all imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Patient Care: Accurately triage and discharge patients as directed by the medical team, and input patient discharge instructions and prescriptions into computer software as directed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Education and Certification: Active State of Florida License, Active ARRT Certification (R and CT), and Active BLS certification.
- Experience: Previous CT/X-Ray Technologist experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, perform duties expected in a busy medical environment (standing, walking, lifting, etc.), and stand and work up to 12 hours in the facility.
