**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with precision and care.
  • Perform various clinical procedures, including laceration repairs, injections, pap tests, and minor surgeries, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
  • Direct patient care teams and mentor clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with medical policies and professional standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and accountability.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
