Job Summary

Fay Servicing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loss Mitigation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Default Servicing department, you will be responsible for leading a team of loss mitigation professionals and implementing strategies to prevent foreclosures and optimize loss mitigation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loss mitigation, mortgage servicing, and leadership. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing loss mitigation policies, analyzing performance metrics, and driving process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing performance, fostering development, and providing mentoring to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of loss mitigation professionals and implement strategies to prevent foreclosures and optimize loss mitigation initiatives
  • Develop and enhance loss mitigation policies, analyze performance metrics, and drive process improvements
  • Manage performance, foster development, and provide mentoring to employees
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve operational success
  • Ensure compliance with Fay's policies, processes, and practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED)
  • 4+ years' experience in Loss Mitigation required
  • 5+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required
  • 2+ years' experience in leadership experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, customer service skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
