We are seeking a skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Thrifty White Pharmacy in Dickinson, North Dakota. As a 100% employee-owned pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and services in the rural Midwest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty with patients
  • Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill and Medication Synchronization, and assist with patient enrollment
  • Lead teams by modeling high standards in patient service and coaching colleagues
  • Structure and organize workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services
  • Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences
  • Identify long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicate with marketers
  • Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide clinical pharmacy services
Requirements:
  • A pharmacy license or ability to obtain one without federal sanctions
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program)
  • Current Immunization Certification
  • Current CPR Certification
  • NPI Number
