Relief Pharmacist

Job Summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to join our team. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will provide excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business. You will also champion Thrifty White programs to patients and assist with enrolling patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs to patients and assist with enrolling patients.
• Lead team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Develop and follow up on long term care (LTC) business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of the nursing homes, group homes and assisted living residences.
• Identify Long Term Care and Specialty business and communicate opportunities with Marketers.
• Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• NPI Number
