Overview:
The Pipeline Project Engineer will be an integral part of the Project Execution Team, focusing on significant natural gas pipeline integrity projects, retrofits, replacements, and hydrotesting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential project support and oversight.
- Comprehend project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Assist in the early development of technical project scopes.

- Apply engineering principles to analyze and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the gas sector is essential.
- Experience in planning distribution work is required.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Engineering program or relevant field experience.
- 2-8 years of engineering experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with design and visualization software, particularly AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and decision-making comfort.
- Ability to compose routine reports and correspondence.
- A coachable engineer, eager to learn and self-motivated.
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CFR 49 Parts 192 and 195.
- Familiarity with ASME/ANSI B314 and B31.8 codes and regulations.
- Engineer-in-Training certification.
- PE License is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP and Citrix is beneficial.
- Understanding of Cathodic Protection principles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Field experience in pipelines, cathodic protection, construction, or related areas is required.
