Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with gathering client requirements and documenting functional specifications to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Configure various modules within NetSuite or similar ERP products, including CRM, Manufacturing, WMS, Projects, and Core Financials, to meet client needs.
  • Perform data migration tasks from legacy to current business solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Perform system testing and issue resolution support to ensure the highest level of system reliability and performance.
  • Create financial statements and run reports using NetSuite or other financial reporting tools to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Troubleshoot and support NetSuite solutions, providing timely and effective resolution to client issues.
  • Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget, while maintaining open communication with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Provide project status updates to project managers on a regular basis, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Three plus years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Experience with implementation and deployment of ERP systems, including NetSuite.
  • Experience with basic ERP system modules, including core financials, purchasing, sales order processing, manufacturing, and project accounting.
  • Ability to create and complete project deliverables and documentation, including functional specifications and technical documentation.
  • Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations, remaining flexible and responsive to client needs.
  • Exhibits professionalism at all times, maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Experience with BI360 is a plus, but not required.
