About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-precision welding projects, using advanced equipment and techniques. You will be responsible for fabricating or repairing metal components according to layouts, blueprints, or work orders. Your attention to detail, knowledge of welding procedures, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate or repair metal components using MIG welding, following strict quality control standards.
  • Work from blueprints and layouts to accurately fit structural parts together.
  • Lay out guidelines or marks on metal parts and cut them with a cutting torch.
  • Weld metal structural components together, ensuring precise joints and strong bonds.
  • Adjust welding equipment to prescribed settings, maintaining optimal performance.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • 6+ months of experience welding in a professional setting.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent, or graduation from an accredited trade school for welding.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
