Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, shop requisitions, and job reports.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a strong background in supervisory or management roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, business administration) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
