We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Operations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring projects, managing budgets, resources, and timelines, identifying and mitigating project risks, and preparing project reports and presentations.

This is a key driver role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor projects.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations.
  • Organize and lead project teams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field of study, plus two years minimum experience in a related field. Strong knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures is essential. Demonstrated flexibility in response to changes in projects, focus, deadlines, etc. is also required.

In addition to excellent technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A national security clearance is also required for this position.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
