Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities, and propose appropriate solutions
- Promote property sales through effective advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Showcase and market available real estate properties to potential buyers
- Prepare and handle necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Warm and friendly demeanor, creating a pleasant and trustworthy experience for clients
- Familiarity with MS Office software
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years old or older
