Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at International Paper. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and accounting functions, including financial data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily financial activities, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reports
  • Assist with month-end close, including analysis, reconciliation, and journal entry preparation
  • Audit and process timekeeping entries for the payroll system
  • Support physical inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, and fixed assets
  • Interact and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
