Key Responsibilities:
Specific Duties:
Manage production activities during assigned shifts, including process sampling and raw material handling, while following all applicable SOPs. Be proficient in covering all Operator roles and responsibilities. Ensure adherence to cGMP protocols. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Guarantee that products are produced, packaged, and stored in accordance with established guidelines. Collaborate with the Supervisor to address daily operational challenges. Assist the Supervisor in troubleshooting recurring issues and equipment failures. Participate in maintenance tasks within the production area. Help ensure accurate documentation of batch records and control logs. Perform additional tasks as required.Compliance:
Adhere to the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures. Promptly report all Health, Safety, and Environmental incidents and near misses. Act responsibly and safely at all times.Problem Solving and Innovation:

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Experience:
1 - 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hard hats, steel-toed footwear, gloves, and respirators.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow operational and safety procedures. Proficient problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and mathematical capabilities. Physical Requirements: Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees may occasionally need to climb stairs or ladders. The ability to lift 55 pounds and move 250-pound drums is necessary. Specific vision abilities required for this role may include close vision. Must be capable of performing under various conditions, including completing packaging, blending, and inspection logs accurately per SOPs, working in confined spaces, elevated areas, outdoor environments, and potentially adverse weather conditions, as well as in noisy and dusty environments with chemical odors.
