Job Overview

Rachelle Copp - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join their team in Galt, CA. As a State Farm team member, you will play a key role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, and identify customer needs.
  • Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market, promoting State Farm products and services.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with pride in getting work done accurately and timely
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make presentations to potential customers
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
