- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret social media data to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to inform future strategies and improve overall performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Lead, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful social media content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for staying current with social media trends and technologies.
