Position: Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician

We are looking to recruit a dedicated, responsible, and experienced individual who takes initiative and seeks opportunities for improvement.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Paid training for 1-2 weeks at a rate of $600+ per week.
- Compensation of $16+ per service after training completion.
- Company vehicle provided for home dispatch.
- All required tools and chemicals supplied.
- Company-issued iPad/phone and credit card.
- Paid time off that increases with tenure.
- Retention bonus after one year of service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform comprehensive service on 40-60 residential pools weekly, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying cleaner, skimmer, and pump baskets.
- Test and adjust chemical levels accurately for each pool and provide reports to clients.
- Examine pool and equipment, notifying clients and management of any concerns.
- Attend company meetings punctually and inform management of any delays.
- Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle monthly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver's license is required.
- A minimum of one year of pool service experience or equivalent is necessary.
- Must demonstrate personal accountability and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to accurately test and safely apply pool chemicals is essential.
- Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues are required.
