Key ResponsibilitiesA Trade Analyst at Tradewin will engage in a variety of essential functions, including:
- Classifying Products: Assigning Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications for imported goods.
- Export Classification: Conducting Schedule B classifications for exported items.
- Research and Interpretation: Analyzing and interpreting Customs rulings to determine HTS classifications.
- Utilizing Reference Sources: Effectively employing resources such as the HTSUS schedule and Explanatory Notes.
- Client Communication: Engaging with both domestic and international client offices.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining robust internal and external relationships.
- Additional Trade Activities: Performing other trade-related tasks as assigned.
