The Opportunity

As a trainer with Booz Allen Hamilton, you'll have the opportunity to develop and deliver training programs that make a real impact. You'll work with a diverse group of learners, using your expertise to create engaging and effective instruction. With a focus on adult learning theories and Merrill's Principles of Instruction, you'll be empowered to tap into your creative thinking and develop innovative solutions.

As part of our government delivery team, you'll provide in-person instruction for our clients, showcasing your technical expertise and industry knowledge. You'll collaborate with other learning professionals to cultivate a learning environment that promotes learner engagement and ensures the best quality of instruction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for adult learners, using adult learning theories and Merrill's Principles of Instruction
  • Provide in-person instruction for clients, showcasing technical expertise and industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with other learning professionals to cultivate a learning environment that promotes learner engagement
  • Work with a diverse group of learners, using creative thinking to develop innovative solutions
Requirements
  • Experience instructing both small and large audiences
  • Experience applying adult learning theories to professional learning environments
  • Ability to work a flexible workweek, supporting classes 2 to 3 times a week
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and developing curricula using adult instructional design methodologies
  • Master's degree in Adult Learning
  • Adult Learning Facilitation or Instructional Design Certifications
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annualized USD.
