  • Process customer requests for new device orders, break-fix, or replacements per existing policy and guidance.
  • Support accurate device inventory and organization for all devices across multiple locations.
  • Prioritize and drive tasks that support program scope, measuring ongoing effectiveness.
Behavioral Competencies:
  • Provide amazing experiences for both internal and external customers by identifying needs and striving to meet them.

Key Qualifications:
