Mission Overview
We deliver comprehensive field, range, testing, chemical, and biological laboratory support to the U.S. Army at the West Desert Test Center (WDTC). As a pivotal test site for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, the WDTC is tasked with the evaluation of chemical and biological defense systems, incendiary and smoke/obscuration munitions systems, and associated operational concepts.
In addition, we extend our support to non-CB testing for the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies, which includes environmental assessments and munitions demilitarization.
Established in 2004, our Dugway Operation has successfully integrated with various partners, employing a diverse team of over 170 professionals through the Field, Range, Chamber, and Laboratory Support Services contract.
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Project Manager for the Special Programs Division. This position requires serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the presentation of operational and technical issues through demonstrations and presentations. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, conducting Technical Integration Plans (TIPs), and providing technical guidance for the design and implementation of training and testing initiatives. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee training programs, manage resources, and facilitate collaboration among multiple organizations while executing various technical directives. Additionally, the role involves developing and managing work breakdown structures and earned value management metrics.
Qualifications:
Essential Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and military experience.
A current Top-Secret security clearance is mandatory.
Candidates should have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in managing large-scale projects, including schedule and cost oversight, reporting, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Physical Requirements:
- Medium - Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, or up to 10 lbs. constantly to move objects. The role may require prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Work Environment:
- The position is based at a designated work site.
Equipment and Tools:
Proficiency in operating office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other relevant tools is essential.
Attendance Expectations:
- Regular working hours are anticipated to be Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial for meeting project deadlines.
- Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate critical mission needs.
Professional Conduct:
All employees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients, management, and colleagues. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Proper grooming and attire are required to ensure safety and professionalism. A positive work environment must be upheld through respectful behavior and communication. Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary. Travel may be required to support project activities, which could include air travel. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, seat belts must be worn, and the use of cellular devices while driving is prohibited. A valid driver's license is required to operate various vehicles.
