Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Available Shifts and Pay Rates:
- Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Pay: $21.44/hr
Job Purpose:
The Fulfillment Team Member will work under the guidance of the Fulfillment Area Leader to assemble and kit products efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest quality of products while adhering to cost minimization and meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive work assignments from the Team Leader and ensure the accuracy and quality of work.
- Confirm the production and kitting of the correct quantity of items as per requirements.
- Obtain skids and accurately load products onto them as per company procedures.
- Conduct all tagging and labeling activities and ensure the finished skids are moved to the shipping or staging areas.
- Undertake and complete special projects as assigned.
- Maintain and complete all necessary paperwork, records, and documents.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and work rules.
- Uphold departmental housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow basic instructions, and effectively communicate with team members.
- Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Capable of executing simple one or two-step instructions and handling routine problems with minimal variables.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Should have the ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The role involves regular use of hands, talking, and hearing, and may occasionally require moving in ways that involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
