Job Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support participants' goals and aspirations.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to participants, helping them build strong relationships within their communities.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in human services or direct care preferred.
  • Patient, compassionate, and reliable individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience.
