We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a key member of our ambulatory surgery center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process, and coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other care team members to recruit and retain an excellent nursing care team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Assume a beginning clinical bedside leadership role and seek mentoring in this process.
- Participate in unit-based shared governance activities and support the organization's strategic initiatives.
- Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
- Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience – Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
- Preferred Licensure or other certifications: BSN.

- Basic computer skills necessary to operate computer systems used on unit.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
