Role Summary:
In an era where social media captures an increasing share of consumer engagement and advertising budgets, we are expanding our elite team of Paid Social specialists. This role is pivotal in monitoring the dynamic social media landscape, where new features and advertising opportunities emerge daily. You will collaborate closely with the national Paid Social practice to assess market trends, identify new opportunities, develop training resources, and evaluate new social/messaging platforms and API partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand marketing goals into effective paid social strategies that meet client KPIs while addressing marketing challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Enhance social media expertise within the marketing and media sectors, contributing to the development of the agency's paid social capabilities.
  • Play a significant role in implementing process and strategy enhancements with core client teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and foster innovation across all activities, promoting knowledge sharing among teams.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with social media platforms, both client-specific and agency-wide.
  • Identify broader opportunities for creative and additional services, communicating these insights to senior leadership promptly.
  • Represent the company effectively, serving as a respected figure for both staff and clients.
  • Participate in mentoring and training junior team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 12 to 14 years of experience in advertising, including a minimum of three years in paid social and five years in a supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of media planning, negotiation, optimization, and performance analysis, with a comprehensive grasp of the digital landscape.
  • Experience managing large-scale Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit, with a strategic and tactical approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, characterized by clarity, poise, and thoughtfulness.
  • Strong project and performance management abilities, with a clear approach to delegation and feedback.
  • Knowledge of qualitative measurement techniques and their application for delivering measurable outcomes.
  • High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, embracing new experiences and ideas.
