We are seeking a highly skilled Irrigation Specialist to join our team at Hurst Landscape & Site Services Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation design, installation, and maintenance, as well as leadership experience in a similar role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a key role in our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Irrigation Design and Installation
- Design and implement efficient irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties
- Install and maintain irrigation equipment, including pumps, controllers, and sprinklers
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of irrigation technicians and landscapers
- Provide guidance and training to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service
- Customer Service and Communication
- Interact with customers to understand their irrigation needs and provide solutions
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless project execution
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on irrigation equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with irrigation systems
- 2+ years of experience in irrigation and landscaping
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of irrigation components and systems
- Leadership and team management experience
