Position Overview:

The Collateral Review Analyst plays a crucial role in the assessment and validation of information for new fund recipients, ensuring operational efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with title companies and clients to facilitate the collection and verification of information necessary for title company approvals.
  • Maintain organized and complete department files within the imaging system.
  • Prepare and distribute various monthly reports as required.
  • Stay informed about compliance requirements relevant to your role and assist in implementing new regulations as needed.
  • Exemplify and promote behaviors that align with the Bank's values, fostering an environment of trust and accountability.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
  • Authorize daily client advances as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or bank credit administration is preferred.
  • Experience in mortgage lending is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficient in using a PC and related software for report preparation and documentation.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, use hands for tasks, and communicate effectively. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds may be necessary.


Work Schedule:
  • Regular hours are Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional travel between facilities may be required.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including some evenings and weekends, may be necessary.
