COVID-19 Safety Measures:
Our top priority is the health and safety of our clients and caregivers.
  • We provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all caregivers.
  • COVID screening tests are available for any employee feeling unwell.
Your Responsibilities:

As a caregiver, you will provide compassionate support by assisting individuals with their daily activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as making beds and laundering clothes.
  • Assist with personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and manage dishwashing.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Provide medication reminders.
  • Facilitate transportation for errands and appointments.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required for the role.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive employment background check.
  • Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
  • 6 months of caregiving experience preferred; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
We value your commitment to your career and offer increased pay rates for active California licensed CNAs.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a caregiver or home health aide.
  • Experience with dementia, hospice, or facility care is a plus.
