Position Overview – We are in search of a committed Facilities Operations Supervisor to become a part of our team at our outpatient treatment center for substance use disorders. The Facilities Operations Supervisor will oversee the upkeep of the premises and surrounding areas, ensuring adherence to safety standards and prompt resolution of maintenance concerns.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Report directly to the Operations Coordinator and the Director of Operations
  • Execute preventive maintenance on facilities, including carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
  • Identify and resolve plumbing and carpentry challenges
  • Assess facilities and prioritize maintenance requirements
  • Utilize and maintain a range of tools and equipment
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned

Essential Skills/Qualifications-

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot issues
  • Team-oriented individual with strong time management skills

Education and Experience-

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1-2 years of pertinent experience in substance use and mental health settings
