  • Sales and Service: Develop store sales goals and business plans for growth and reaching new markets. Oversee all day-to-day decision making, ensuring the store is reacting quickly to the market and customer needs. Set a strong example by consistently embodying the company's core values in every action and behavior.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales, service, and administrative teams. Conduct regular training and coaching for all team members, offering ongoing development opportunities. Foster a positive, collaborative, inclusive work environment.
  • Inventory and Vendor Management: Oversee all new, used, and parts inventory to ensure alignment with market demand. Establish and maintain relationships with all suppliers and vendors. Work with public relations and marketing partners to develop and implement local marketing and digital retailing activities.
Requirements
  • Dealership experience: 5+ years (Required)
  • Previous auto sales and management experience
  • Ability to manage and lead people
  • Proven track record of achieving goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, employers, and vendors
  • Excellent organization skills, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding project management and meticulous attention to detail
  • Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
