Server Position Overview

Location: Bellevue, WA

We're seeking a skilled Server to join our dining room team at The Watermark at Bellevue, a leader in the senior housing industry. As a Server, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our residents and guests
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including coffee and specialty drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to boost sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent work during down times
