Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in Southwest Connecticut. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our engaging children's soccer program, focusing on skill and character development. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy, engaging soccer sessions to children aged 2-8, focusing on skill and character development.
  • Implement our curriculum, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Manage class rosters, fill out session feedback forms, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to faculty and families, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Passion for positively impacting youth players.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID.
  • High school diploma.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
