Strategic Account Manager - Renewals

As a Strategic Account Manager - Renewals, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue through the renewal of existing customer contracts. This role requires strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and analytical abilities. You'll work closely with internal counterparts to provide a customer-centric approach and identify opportunities for multi-year upsells and additional upgrades.

The ideal candidate has at least 1+ years of sales experience, demonstrates a growth mindset, and is proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). The compensation package includes a salary range of $114000-$157500/YR, bonus, and restricted stock units.
