Quality Assurance Architect

At Omni Inclusive, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Architect to lead our quality strategy and program. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in quality assurance and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk-based quality programs for cloud-native applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement tactical and strategic technical solutions to support the overall quality strategy.
  • Define quality assurance development guidelines and standards.
  • Communicate quality and testing strategies and best practices to engineering teams.
  • Provide technical training and expertise to staff.
  • Define best practices for testing in a cloud-native environment.
  • Assist in research and evaluation of solutions.
  • Provide input into District and System IT Strategies.
  • Build professional relationships with executives.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to define quality/architecture business goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams responsible for developing and implementing quality practices.
  • Analyze current architectures and processes to identify weaknesses or optimization opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in testing.
  • Proactively identify and explore innovation and/or continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Systems Analysis, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or architecture disciplines with at least 5 years in a role focused on Quality Assurance.
