About CRICO:

CRICO is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts compensation analysis in alignment with CRICO philosophy, ensuring external and internal equity by performing surveys to analyze market & industry wide trends, analyzing new & existing positions to determine appropriate classification, and salary level.
  • Leads annual merit and bonus planning cycle to ensure compensation is equitable, consistent and accurate by effectively presenting complex compensation data and insights to diverse audiences, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Provides guidance to managers and staff regarding benefits and compensation.
  • Conducts a variety of HR data analytics including various workforce statistics, benefit analysis, risk assessments, etc.
  • Serves as backup to HR Administrator for bi-weekly payroll processing in collaboration with Finance and performs spot checks to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HR focus preferred

5+ years compensation experience required

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Precision in preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy
