Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bottle Prep Technician to join our team. As a Bottle Prep Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our laboratory testing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Glassware Management: Accurately select and manage glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
  • Order Processing: Use our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing.
  • Packaging and Delivery: Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
  • Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet the required specifications before dispatch.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; however, experience in a lab facility and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully.
    • Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
