Work Schedule:
*Sunday, Monday, Tuesday nights: 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM*

Position Overview:
The chosen candidate will oversee the nightly operations of the Data Center, ensuring the effective monitoring of IT infrastructure, including iSeries and web servers. Responsibilities include executing routine production tasks and managing nightly reports and system backups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational data systems
  • Execute scheduled production updates according to established protocols
  • Administer and supervise daily system backups
  • Utilize Jira for tracking developer access to iSeries production environments
  • Collaborate with Database Administrators to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain comprehensive departmental documentation
  • Generate monthly data for customer buyback databases
  • Implement developer code modifications in production environments
  • Document and escalate operational issues to relevant personnel
  • Receive guidance from senior team members to address complex challenges

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential. Ability to work independently is required.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and software is advantageous. Previous experience in data entry or computer operations is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 is necessary.
  • Internal candidates must demonstrate a history of excellent attendance and high performance ratings at MBS.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Full-time position with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour
  • Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, referral program, and vision insurance
  • Compensation package includes differential pay, hourly pay, and profit sharing

Minimum of 1 year

In-person at the designated facility
