About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services within a collaborative team environment.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans for infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Implement clinical care activities grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Recognize, document, and respond to the unique age-specific needs of each patient.
  • Foster respectful relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and community members.
  • Exhibit initiative and independence in program development and organizational tasks.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech/Language Pathology from ASHA.
  • Current licensure in Michigan or eligibility for licensure.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Pediatric Speech Language Therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of pediatric therapy, including activities such as stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
