Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Actalent. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient exams, procedures, and treatments.
  • Stock and maintain exam rooms, including supplies and equipment.
  • Triage patient calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Work with electronic medical records (EMRs) to update patient information and communicate with healthcare teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reception duties.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
  • Medical Assistant certification.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese.
  • Back office and front office medical assistant experience.
