Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Upselling: Inform customers of our Unlimited Wash Plans and make sales, while also answering questions and providing direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process.
  • Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of our car wash location, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience working with customers in a hospitality, retail, or similar environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outside in all seasons and stand for long periods of time.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer and point-of-sales knowledge.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual skills are a plus.
