What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home.
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
  • Helping with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
  • Providing medication reminders and documenting client conditions, with notifications to supervisors of any concerns.
  • Ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
  • Engaging clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements
  • 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
