Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring that care is delivered in a safe and compassionate manner.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred, and you must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
