Job Title: Personal Trainer, San Francisco

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Equinox in San Francisco. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to our members, including personalized training sessions, fitness evaluations, and orientations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer fitness evaluations and orientations to new members
  • Develop and maintain a personal training client base
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and equipment
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Personal Training App
  • Instruct members on proper exercise techniques and equipment use
  • Adjust and operate all fitness equipment
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required
Qualifications:
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and professional demeanor
Essential Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the position, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
