Pet Resort Representative

We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work with us at Gagnon's Pet Resort. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities at once.

About the Job:

  • Responsibilities: We're looking for someone who can support our mission and vision, sell our services and products, tour our facilities, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Requirements: A high school graduate or equivalent, a minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service role or retail sales experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work environment: The ideal candidate will be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, lift 40 pounds, stand, walk, and climb stairs frequently, and handle dogs on leashes.
  • Pay and benefits: We offer $16.00/hour DOE, and we are an equal opportunity employer.
