Key Responsibilities- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Client Support: Maintain regular contact with clients and their family members to ensure ongoing support and progress.
- Group Facilitation: Lead and facilitate groups to promote client engagement and progress.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience in substance abuse treatment.
- Certifications: LCAS, LCAS-A, or CADC certification.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Active Listening: Excellent active listening and conflict resolution skills.
- Compassion: Demonstrated compassion and empathy for clients and their families.
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
