Resort Cleaning Specialist Opportunity at Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Resort Cleaning Specialist to join our housekeeping team at Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and meet the highest standards of excellence.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to ensure hotel guest rooms and public spaces are kept clean and orderly
  • Embodies a spirit of hospitality and service to our guests, providing a pleasant and relaxed experience
  • Performs all essential duties and responsibilities, pursuing continuous improvements in quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or General Education Diploma required
  • 6-12 months of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk frequently
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possesses leadership and self-starter qualities, with high initiative and motivation
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, with ability to identify common concerns and work well with others

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $17.00 - $18.00 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, and family medical leave, as well as free shift meals and company discounts.
