Residential Care Coordinator

This role involves working in residential settings, coordinating care services and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
The estimated salary for this position is $17-$19/hour + shift differentials based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
This caregiver will be responsible for:
- Coordinating care services with support teams
- Ensuring compliance with care plans and medication guidelines
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to residents
- Advocating for resident rights and needs
Requirements:
- Experience with Developmental Disabilities valued
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Valid NYS Driver's License required
- Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP preferred
